On July 10, 2026, the U.S. government released its fourth tranche of declassified UAP files, including documents, images and videos spanning from 1945 to 2026.
View In AppFollowing the launch of the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters (PURSUE) archive on May 8, 2026, the Department of War published its fourth tranche of declassified UAP files on July 10, 2026, continuing a rolling disclosure effort hosted at WAR.GOV/UFO. The latest release follows previous drops on May 8, May 22, and June 12, expanding the government’s public archive of unidentified aerial phenomena records collected from military and intelligence sources.
The fourth release includes 40 newly published items, including 19 videos, adding additional military documentation, sensor footage, and investigative material to the growing archive. Unlike earlier releases that incorporated records from multiple agencies, the July tranche is primarily focused on Department of War materials, including operational encounters documented by U.S. military platforms.
Among the most notable additions are newly released infrared and electro-optical videos captured during military operations. Several cases involve objects observed by military sensors that remain unidentified after initial review, including encounters involving unusual shapes, movement patterns, and behaviors that prompted further analysis. One widely discussed video shows a six-pointed or star-like object tracked over the Yellow Sea by the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, while other files describe additional unusual objects, including orb-like and jellyfish-shaped phenomena.
The release continues a broader pattern seen throughout the PURSUE archive: a focus on firsthand military observations, sensor data, and historical records rather than claims of extraterrestrial origin.
What makes the fourth drop notable is its emphasis on contemporary military sensor footage and unresolved operational encounters. The newly released files provide additional insight into how U.S. defense organizations document and evaluate unidentified objects encountered during routine operations, including the use of infrared systems, surveillance platforms, and intelligence review processes. The cases add to a growing public record of incidents involving unknown aerial objects observed by trained military personnel.
The Department of War has stated that additional releases will continue on a rolling basis through the PURSUE archive as more records are reviewed, declassified, and prepared for publication. As with previous releases, officials have emphasized that the existence of unexplained cases does not constitute evidence of extraterrestrial activity, but rather reflects ongoing efforts to increase transparency around unidentified aerial phenomena.
